Brad Stevens turned 44 on Thursday as one of the youngest NBA coaches has quickly become the third longest tenured in the league since the Boston Celtics hired him in 2013 to replace Doc Rivers. Stevens has led the Celtics to three east finals in four seasons, and playoff appearances in six straight seasons after missing it as a first year head coach. Sean Grande joined Adam Kaufman on the Celtics Beat Podcast to discuss the accomplishments and more recent criticisms of Brad following the Celtics' playoff exits.
