I am asked questions about weightlifting and nutrition on a daily basis and figured it would be very beneficial to send my information to people in a link to review, adjust, and personalize the information to meet his/her needs.

Motivational Videos:
Like most people I play Motivational Videos to inspire me while I am working, working out, or working on a project. I decided I would make some of my own Motivational Videos to help others become inspired as well.

Projects:
