Since 2000, the University of Minnesota’s Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences has linked the multidisciplinary skill and scholarship of its 21 member centers to conduct original research, serve students and faculty, and advance public dialogue. We sponsor major events each year, inviting leading scholars and stakeholders to grapple with real-world issues at the intersection of science and society. Our audiences include students and faculty, legislators and policymakers, scientists, and community members. All of our events are open to the public, and videotapes of most lectures and conference sessions are archived.
